The Sweetest Villain of All Time

In this story, you play as a group of things or creatures that others regard as non-sentient or inanimate.

The villain of your story is a terror that haunts your people, like Sid from Toy Story or chicken farmers from Chicken Run.

But unlike those stories, your 'villain' is actually the sweetest person in the entire world.

Examples:

-You play a chicken. Your farmer is a kindly neighborhood grandma who's famous for her chicken soup, which she gives for free to anyone suffering from a cold or the flu. Many swear by its miraculous healing properties.

-You play as a tree in a grove owned by a wood carver. He is known for his beautiful carvings, but all you see is the tortured corpses of your friends. Those of you who remain talk in quiet whispers of the day the carver will come again.
